Level 13 and Death

It would be nice if Death's attack had a sound effect like sizzling or something. If you don't clear the room quickly it's easy to lose track of him and not even see he's on top of you. A sound effect would help with that. Also I died on that level today - respawned and waited at the top of the map for Death to show up. I froze him with the rogue and ran south only to witness me dragging a frozen Death behind me as the map scrolled. I've never noticed that before with any other  mobs.

I'll look into the frozen anim issue.

I agree there are a number of monster attacks that should have distinctive sounds.

I assumed this was intentional, but yea- Reaper cannot be frozen

i was able to freeze him which stops him momentarily however as I rant through the rooms he magically dragged behind me as the map scrolled and when he unthawed he started in the same room as I.

Yep, looks like this is a bug. The client needs to wait for the server to tell it what the freeze duration is before applying the effect. Also, Death's freeze resistance wasn't updated for the new logarithmic protections and so can't be frozen.
